The JCC accepts registered vehicles in good running condition and will issue a tax receipt for the fair market value. Any expenses incurred during the sale of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the owner and deducted from the sale. We welcome donations of all motorized vehicles--cars, trucks, RV's or any other motorized vehicle, whether or not in working condition. We will arrange to have your vehicle towed at a time that is convenient for you, and at no charge to you. A donation receipt will be given at the time of pick-up.
The only requirement is that a clean title be provided at the time of vehicle pick-up, or the most current California registration of the vehicle if the title is lost. We’ll take care of the rest, and upon sale of the vehicle, provide you a sales price acknowledgement, plus IRS form 1098-C for vehicles selling for more than $500.
