This is an opportunity to find out what's at the forefront of Judaic studies from our very own experts. Tonight's speaker, Professor Deutch, is the Director of the Center for Jewish Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the co-founder of the Swarthmore College Beit Midrash Center for the Study of Classical Jewish Texts. He specializes in African American religious encounters with Judaism, among other topics. • Spin for a Cure
  March 12th | 6:00pm-9:00pm
  Help the JCC raise money for the Lymphoma Research Foundation by riding the JCC's spin bikes. Pay $25 for each 30 minutes that you ride, plus you can collect additional donations from friends and family if you wish. Two hour maximum per participant. 100% of all donations will go directly to the Lymphoma Research Foundation. Prizes will be given to the participants who raise the most money. Please make your check payable to LRF and turn it in at the JCC Service Desk to reserve your bike. If you don't want to spin, you can still donate $10 and join us for food & wine in the lobby. • Group Swim Lesson Kick Off Event

  Planning to sign up for swim lessons at the JCC this summer, or want to learn more about it? Join us for this fun kickoff event! At this event, you can have your child assessed by one of our swim instructors to make sure they get registered in the correct class. Our friendly Aquatics Staff will be available to assist you with registration questions and forms, and help you find out if you're eligible for any discounts. All participants who turn in their registration today will receive a FREE Private Swim Lesson with one of our knowledgeable Instructors. Meet other families interested in the same activities as yours. Healthy snacks will be provided. And everyone who attends the Group Swim Lesson Kickoff Event today will have FREE usage of our entire Fitness Facility for the day, for your whole family. This event is free and open to the public.
