Our Registered Dietitian can help you set realistic goals and make lifestyle changes, whether your goals are related to weight, athletic performance, medical concerns, food allergies, or general wellness. You will receive non-judgmental, personalized counseling, helpful handouts, meal suggestions, and practical advice for how to make healthy eating fit into your everyday life.

Leah Frankel, MS, RD, holds a Masters of Science in Nutritional Science and Bachelors of Science in Biology. She brings to the APJCC several years of experience as a Registered Dietitian working in various settings including hospitals, the community, as a columnist, online nutrition instructor, and in skilled nursing facilities.
