Yin Yoga Using foundation poses in Hatha and Hatha Flow, Yin focus on holding postures for deep results targeting and opening the fascia and joints.

MEDITATION

Contemplation Meditation Contemplation is a method of improving your meditation practice by understanding the process behind it. We focus on learning the difference between thinking and Analysis. Most of what is taught in school is analysis, thinking is left to the individual. Learn what thinking is, and how to improve it in a format that combines discussion and meditation.

Guided Meditation  Experience calmness, mindfulness, and an improved awareness of your own mind. The class starts with an introduction to meditation followed by breath meditation, guided meditation, and finally silent meditation.
