- CANCELED - December: De-stress for the New Year with Nicole Bettray- Sunday, December 8th, 12:00-2:00pm. Class will consist of tune-up balls, meditation and restorative yoga. $20 Full Center Member, $30 Social Member/Non-Member.
- January: Yoga for Sleep - Sunday, January 19th, 2:00-4:00pm. Restorative and Therapeutic yoga. $20 Full Center Member, $30 Social Member/Non-Member.
- February: Release and Restore - Saturday, February 22nd, 12:00pm-2:00pm. This is a yoga tune-up ball class. $20 Full Center Member, $30 Social Member/Non-Member.
The benefits of meditation are many: it calms the mind, improves mental performance, and increases holistic wellbeing. From time to time we schedule group classes that teach different forms of meditation and how to practice them, and removes the mystery of how meditation works.Cost is $35 for Full Center Members, $70 for Social Members and non-members.

Private lessons with instructor Sandeep are $100 for a one-hour private session, $70 for a one-hour duet (two person) session.

Prenatal Yoga - Private Sessions
Prepare the mind and body for labor. Learn breathing techniques and helpful positions for labor. We also offer tips on how to modify the poses used in regular yoga classes. Please bring a yoga mat or rent one from the Service Desk. $75 per session for Full Center Members, $85 for Social Members and non-members.

These classes all appear on the Group Fitness Schedule and are complimentary for Full Center Members.
An active, powerful yoga that flows through many Sun Salutations into various standing and balancing poses. The practice also includes a challenging series of Pilates-based abdominal toners and strengtheners.

Precise alignment of muscles, bones and joints is the main focus. Rather than moving quickly through the postures, you may spend many minutes in one pose and use props to align your body properly.

Inspired by Yoga Tune Up®,this class is designed to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body as well as relieve and heal muscle fibers. Using self massage, props, classical and non-traditional asanas you will leave with a new perspective on your body and your practice.
A dynamic system of practicing asanas that focuses on the synchronization of breath and the continuous flow of movement. Build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.
A slow paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time to allow the body to open.
Intended for all student levels, Yoga Fundamentals reinforces a strong and stable foundation on which to build your practice. Each class is devoted to a theme which will help you deepen your practice while challenging your mind and body.
