American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (ages 15+)
To successfully complete this course, you must attend the entire course, pass all physical skills, and pass all practical and written exams. Please bring proof of age ID, lunch, swimsuit and towel. Registration deadline is one week prior to start date.
This is a 4-day class that meets two weekends in a row, from 9:00am-5:00pm each day.
Dates of the next class are December 6, 7, 13, and 14, 2014.

Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons (all ages)
We offer private swimming lessons year-round, for all ages, children and adults. Each lesson is 30 minutes. Semi-private swimming lessons are for 2 individuals at similar ability levels.

To get started with private or semi-private swim lessons, please fill out an interest form specifying days and times you are available. The aquatics department will contact you to schedule your lessons.
- Masters Swim (ages 15+)
If you enjoy swimming and would like friendly company, motivation, and technique tips, Masters Swimming is for you. This is a free, drop-in program for Full Center Members. We recommend that to participate, you be able to swim at least 500 yards of freestyle, non-stop. Masters Swim meets Monday through Friday from 6:00am-7:00am. Themes are: Mondays aerobic, Tuesdays drills/sprints, Wednesdays IM/stroke, Thursdays endurance/ladders, and Fridays rotate through the themes. No registration required.
- Group Fitness Classes in the Pool
Classes include Aqua Fit, Aqua Slam, Aqua Tabata, and Aqua Bootcamp. See the Group Fitness Schedule for details. Group fitness classes are complimentary for Full Center Members. Social Members and non-members may purchase a day pass at the Service Desk in the JCC's main lobby. No registration required.
