The JCC offers more than 70 classes each week, FREE for Full Center Members. Classes are held in our two beautiful group fitness studios.
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Spinning®, and many more classes. Our certified instructors are qualified to teach the latest in industry trends and standards. We emphasize safety in every class.

"Break It Down" Zumba Workshop with Amy Gardner
Interested in trying Zumba, but holding back because you don't know the steps? In this one-hour, low impact workshop, we will break down all the steps you need for dancing meregue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, and maybe even a little samba in a Zumba setting.
