The JCC offers more than 80 classes each week, FREE for Full Center Members. Classes are held in our two beautiful group fitness studios.
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Spinning®, and many more classes. Our certified instructors are qualified to teach the latest in industry trends and standards. We emphasize safety in every class.

J Dance Saturdays at 9AM
10/18, 10/25 - Ya'ara will be teaching Nia, a fluid, low impact combination of dance, martial arts and healing arts for cardiovascular and whole body conditioning.
11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 - Judy will be teaching Zumba!
Group Fitness Policies
Spin Ticket System - We take reservations for Spin classes to ensure that everyone gets a bike. To reserve a space in a spin class, call the JCC Service Desk at 408.357.7429 within one hour of the class start time, and they'll put your name on the list.
