The JCC offers more than 80 classes each week, FREE for Full Center Members. Classes are held in our two beautiful group fitness studios.
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Spinning®, and many more classes. Our certified instructors are qualified to teach the latest in industry trends and standards. We emphasize safety in every class.

July J Dance Schedule
- Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:25pm: Cardio Dance with Dan
- Saturdays 9:00am-9:55am: 7/5, 7/12 Cardio Dance with Dan. 7/19, 7/26 Zumba with Judy
Learn to dance Merengue and Bachata with instructor Nadia Santiago. This will be a 6-week class on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30pm. No partner needed. Full Center Members $90, Social Members / non-members $150. Start date will be announced soon.

Group Fitness Policies
Spin Ticket System - We take reservations for Spin classes to ensure that everyone gets a bike.
