Krav Maga

clientuploads/recreation and wellness/group fitness/Krav Maga IMG_2110.JPG Krav Maga (pronounced Krahv Muh-GAH ) is a unique Israeli form of ‘combat’ training intended to build the mental and physical aspects of a person’s self-defense mechanism. It is the official self-defense system of the Israel Defense Forces and also has been taught to thousands of civilians in Israel and other countries. Krav Maga is very efficient and teaches ways to deal with any attack or fighting situation.
