Fun and Fitness with Friends offers two separate programs, each geared towards the needs of different age groups.
- Youth Fun and Fitness with Friends is for children ages 6 to 12. The Youth Program, located solely on-site at the JCC, offers physical, social and creative events.
- Teen Fun and Fitness with Friends is for ages 13 to 18. In addition to offering creative, social and physical offerings, teens engage in the community by participating in field trips to various nearby locations. Some of our past field trips have been to Cambrian Bowl, The Tech Museum, Golfland, Vasona Park and others.
Space is limited. To register your child for the program, contact Josh Glincher at firstname.lastname@example.org or 408.357.7447.
Children with physical or developmental disabilities requiring assistance may be able to exercise with one of the JCC's Certified Personal Trainers. There is a fee for this service. For details, contact personal trainer Linda Thompson at email@example.com.
One of Fun and Fitness with Friends’ greatest strengths is our team of volunteer “Buddies” who work one on one with our incredible children and teens.
