The JCC's outdoor pool is heated to 82 degrees year-round! Keep your child in swim lessons so they don't forget what they learned over the summer. Or sign up for our non-competitive, year-round JCC Swim Team. For details, see the Aquatics page.
Splash Ball Mini-Session (ages 4-10)
Learn the basics of water polo while focusing on fun! Lifejackets, noodles, and standing on the bottom are all allowed during this class. Prerequisite: Must be able to pass the Level 1 swim test.

Beginning Circus Arts & Floor Gymnastics (ages 5-12)
Learn the basics of floor gymnastics and circus arts. We'll practice plate spinning, juggling, tumbling and more. Instructor Olivia Lehrman is a former acrobat and trapeze artist with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey circus. She has extensive experience teaching circus arts to kids, and she has brought new activities to our circus program, such as tightrope walking! For more info: email@example.com or 408.357.7416.

Advanced Circus Arts and Floor Gymnastics (ages 7-14)
Build on your skill set! Learn intermediate/ advanced floor gymnastics and receive more advanced circus training including ball walking, ropes/silks, tightrope walking, and more. The APJCC Dance Academy's classes run throughout the school year and are ongoing, so you can start anytime. We offer tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, combo, musical theater, ballroom, zumbatonic and more. All levels, beginners through advanced. For more information and a complete class schedule, see our Dance page. The APJCC Dance Academy is part of the JCC's Wellness and Recreation Department.
Youth Fitness Program (ages 10-13)
Children ages 10-13 years old can learn to use the Fitness Center in a safe and effective manner through this 5-session program. (For children 10-12, this program is REQUIRED in order to be admitted to the Fitness Center. After completing the program, children can work out with parental supervision.)
During the first four sessions, your child will learn about different components of exercise including flexibility, cardiovascular, strength training, balance and core training, and safe use of the equipment. During the 5th, individually scheduled session, they will be taken through a practical examination with the instructor. Dates and times are based on participant request and instructor availability.
Rates are CM $200, SM/NM $250 per child for groups of two or more. Private instruction is $235 per child for Full Center Members. More info: email@example.com.
Youth Group Fitness Program (ages 10-12)
If you would like your child to participate in Group Fitness classes with you, they can do so after successfully completing this program, which includes instruction on safety and etiquette for Group Fitness classes. Rates are $79 CM, $125 CM/NM. More info: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Athletic Conditioning (ages 11+)
Need to step up your game? Looking for an additional workout to add to your regular training regime? Join a group of athletes at your level for a weekly workout that enhances your overall athleticism and includes elements of stability, strength, agility, speed, flexibility, and overall conditioning. Sessions are taught by our Certified Athletic Trainers who have the education (degrees and nationally recognized certifications) and the experience to help you take your body to the next level. Speed Training for Athletes (ages 10+)
Need to get an edge over the competition? These individual sessions incorporate the different dynamics of speed training: explosiveness, power, agility, endurance, stride length, and form. Work with an experienced speed training professional who will tailor your workouts based on your specific running form and individual goals. Specialized Fitness Professional Rates apply. Soccer and Futsal
Soccer and futsal at the JCC are run by the PSA Royals, a nationally accredited U.S. Club Soccer Academy that offers soccer lessons for ages 3.5-5 years, an instructional recreational league for ages 4-9 years, and competitive team play for U7-U18. For complete listings, see the Soccer page.
The JCC's Tennis Department offers group lessons and private lessons for ages 4 and up, as well as intensive programs over spring and summer breaks. For more information and a complete class schedule, see our Tennis page.
YogaKids (grades K-3)
